Detailed Description
Phoenix TMI Auriga 50 kN Multipurpose Compression Testing Machine
Phoenix TMI Auriga 50 kN is a multipurpose compression testing machine designed and manufactured in Vietnam for a wide range of material testing applications in construction, geotechnical engineering, and quality control.
With a maximum load capacity of 50 kN (5 tons) and an adjustable operating speed, the Auriga 50 kN can be configured to perform multiple test methods on a single system.
Applications
Phoenix TMI Auriga 50 kN supports a variety of tests, including:
CBR testing
Marshall testing
Compressive strength testing of fired and non-fired bricks
Unconfined compressive strength testing of soil-cement specimens
Other compression and loading tests within the machine’s force capacity
The loading speed can be adjusted from 1 to 52 mm/min, allowing the machine to meet the requirements of different testing methods. Typical speeds include:
CBR: 1.27 mm/min
Marshall: 50.8 mm/min
Precise Measurement System
The Auriga 50 kN uses an electronic load cell for force measurement combined with a displacement sensor, allowing force and specimen deformation to be monitored simultaneously throughout the test.
Sensor data is automatically acquired at a rate of 4 readings per second and can be stored for further analysis and report generation.
The system supports the simultaneous connection of 2 sensors, providing greater flexibility for different test configurations.
Stable Mechanical Design
The machine features a robust frame with a large-diameter loading shaft, helping to minimize instability and specimen rotation during testing.
The operating height is optimized for convenient specimen installation, accessory adjustment, and test monitoring.
A travel limit switch is integrated to protect the loading mechanism from operating beyond its permitted stroke.
